Learning Systems Implementation Support Officer The Emirates Group

In this role, you will:

• Assist in the design and maintenance of digital platforms and learning applications across the Emirates Group
• Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless and holistic user experience
• Work closely with the Digital Experience Production Team to facilitate transition of learning solutions to platforms and applications
• Support the alignment of applications and digital platform activities across the broader business
• Provide and maintain digital platform solutions that are relevant and aligned to business needs
• Ensure experiences are accessible and user-friendly
• Create a consistent employee experience within digital learning platforms
• Seek opportunities for professional development in the field to ensure you are continually growing your skills
• Work cross functionally across the Learning & Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements.

• Degree or honors with 5+ years experience.
• Progressive experience in a digital learning role with experience developing applications & working with digital learning platforms.
• Able to use initiative and act in a proactive manner with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results.
• Self-motivated with a high level of awareness; a self-reflector who proactively and constantly seeks growth opportunities.
• A people person who works well independently and as part of a broader team.
• Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly and effectively to changing department needs.
• Resilient with the capacity to persevere through challenges with a positive outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
• Digitally literate and an advocate for the digital transformation of departmental processes.
