Job Description

A Leasing Executive is at the forefront of real estate operations, responsible for managing rental properties and ensuring maximum occupancy through strategic leasing activities. This role is pivotal in enhancing the profitability of real estate properties, be it commercial or residential. The Leasing Executive acts as a vital link between property owners and tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of property leasing trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to optimize tenant acquisition and retention.
  • Facilitate the lease approval process by collaborating with property managers and legal teams.
  • Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate viewings and tours for potential tenants, showcasing available spaces effectively.
  • Manage tenant inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of leasing transactions and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials to attract potential tenants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and networking channels.
  • Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewal processes to minimize vacancy rates.
  • Provide leadership and training to junior leasing staff, guiding them on best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate development.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven experience handling lease agreements successfully.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and the dynamics of property leasing.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
