Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Leasing Manager will oversee all leasing operations, supervise agents, and ensure properties are leased efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the leasing team to meet monthly leasing targets
- Manage landlord relationships and exclusive listings
- Ensure lease agreements are accurate and compliant
- Analyze market trends to optimize pricing strategies
- Improve operational efficiency in the leasing department
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Strong leadership and reporting skills
- Deep understanding of tenancy law and leasing procedures in Abu Dhabi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
