Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting and negotiation agreements on a variety of business and transactional matters, ensuring that they accurately reflect the terms and agreeable to the decision makers in the business.

Reviewing of third party agreements with customers, performing periodic due diligence of customers and third party involved.

Advising business managers throughout the contract negotiation process with respect to the areas of legal risk and exposure, and recommending strategies to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Assisting in briefing, coordinating and liasing with company's external lawyers regarding legal matters and court cases.

Understanding of labour law and managing employees legal and labour law related concerns.

Maintenance of records of legal deparment

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate with proven experience and knowledge of legal requirements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as positive professional image.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic corporate environment.

Experience in highly regulated industry required; medical device or pharmaceutical preferred.

Experience in Gulf region is a plus
