Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to provide actionable insights for clients, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts and agreements, tailored to meet client needs and mitigate risks.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, employing a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and case law to guide decision-making.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, or arbitrations, leveraging strong advocacy skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
had previously worked in a law firm in the Emirate of Dubai.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a legal consulting role or a similar capacity, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction, showcasing professional credibility and adherence to ethical standards.
Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages preferred to cater to a diverse client base.
