Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advising Management and providing upstream legal expertise
- Manage, coach and guide the legal team
- Keeping up with legislative developments related to business operations
- Manage the archiving of regulatory documentation
- Participate in commercial negotiations and perform the review, drafting and legal validation of contracts
- Prepare files, monitor legal cases and ensure periodic reporting of cases (general litigation / debt recovery)
- Manage and monitor all contractual aspects (contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, etc.)
- To organize ongoing legal monitoring of the Company's activities by tracking both regulatory developments and case law
- Representing the company before legal and administrative bodies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in legal sciences or equivalent qualification
- Have at least 10 years of experience in the field
- Possessing managerial skills, a sense of precision and observation
- Having an analytical and synthetic mind
