Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle trade license amendments (change in trade company name, activities, shareholders, office addresses).

• Liaise with government authorities and free zone entities.

• Provide accurate information to clients about amendment requirements and status.

• Prepare and submit necessary documentation.

• Maintain organized records of license amendments and related documents.

• Advise clients on regulatory implications and suggest solutions.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Review applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.

• Stay updated with changes in licensing regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Experience in obtaining external approvals (KHDA, SIRA, RERA, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

• Knowledge of UAE trade licensing regulations. (Mainland & Freezone)

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
