Roles & Responsibilities

As part of our commitment to guest safety and enjoyment, we are looking for passionate and responsible Lifeguards to join our dynamic recreation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor swimming pools and beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations

  • Administer First Aid and CPR when necessary

  • Ensure all poolside and beach areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety regulations

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any inquiries

  • Maintain daily logs and safety checks

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of similar experience

  • Bahrain Life Guard Certification is a must
  • Must be fluent in English & a team player

  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness

  • Ability to stay alert, calm, and efficient in high-pressure situations
