Lifeguard KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests across multiple resort locations. This includes maintaining clean pool areas, responding to guest inquiries, and enforcing all policies, rules, and regulations within our recreation facilities. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, resolving issues efficiently, and thriving in a fun, outdoor environment.

You will work 5 6 days per week, up to 48 hours, and will be rotated across various areas of the resort including resort pools in Atlantis the Palm, Atlantis the Royal, Aquaventure Waterpark, and designated beach zones. Your daily responsibilities will include providing instructions to riders and swimmers, assisting with ride dispatching, and consistently enforcing safety guidelines.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, work in very hot conditions, and maintain a high level of physical fitness. You will also participate in a minimum of four hours of monthly safety training to strengthen your lifeguarding skills and support ongoing career development under the guidance of your senior team members.

Previous lifeguard or swimming instructor experience is an advantage but not mandatory. What s essential is the ability to swim 200 meters continuously, tread water, and physically assist guests when needed. Strong observational skills, proactive guest service, and excellent verbal communication are key to success in this role.
