Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our Lifestyle Managers team are the backbone of Quintessentially, handling our Members directly (via email, WhatsApp and phone) and working on making their requests a reality.
The role of a Lifestyle Manager is mainly to work on our local Members requests both locally and internationally; and to handle requests of international Members visiting Egypt.
We provide recommendations, assistance and bookings on all lifestyle related aspects of our Members' lives.
Our Members requests cover anything and everything relating to their lifestyle, travel arrangements, booking restaurants, entertainment, sporting events, spas, beauty treatments, practical assistance, gifting service, event planning and much much more.
As a Lifestyle Manager you will be trained on a CRM program, to work as part of a global team, to provide world-class lifestyle service, and will develop a deeper understanding of the luxury markets around the world.
Lifestyle Managers work five days per week, with rotating shift based working hours. including weekends and all national/public holidays.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years experience
- Fluency in spoken English and Arabic is a MUST - (Preferable graduates of international language schools)
- Excellent written communication in English
- Good presentation skills and working knowledge of MS Office - previous experience on CRM is a plus
- University Graduate - preferably with background in PR, marketing, travel, social sciences, liberal arts.
- Experience in hospitality (concierge, front desk, reservations, guest relations), high-end customer service, luxury retail, events and entertainment, PR and marketing is a plus
- Ability to work independently while adhering very strictly to company rules & regulations
- Team player that can multitask, has an eye for detail, very much a people person and can work under pressure.
- A basic understanding of luxury services and products is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work on rotational hours/shifts, including weekends and all national/public holidays is a MUST - (Shifts are: 9:00-17:00/13:00-21:00).
