Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

  • To provide competent Training Courses and Assessing for EnerMech Clients in Middle East Region, EnerMech Training centers and clients' worksite in Onshore/Offshore Locations.
  • Responsible for delivering training and assessments customized and focused coaching and assessment program for site Rigging / Lifting Supervisors currently employed by various contractors on North Field Expansion (NFXP) Onshore Construction Project.
  • OPITO certification or equivalent (e.g., ECITB, NVQ, OSHA, LEEA, NSL)
  • Strong knowledge of onshore construction activities
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in lifting operations training within onshore construction environments
  • Ability to deliver high-quality training and assessments
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Adequate command of languages commonly spoken in India, Pakistan, and Nepal is essential
