Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor with tower crane experience for high-rise building project. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the safe execution of all lifting operations in compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and HSE standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily lifting activities on site

  • Ensure lifting operations are carried out safely

  • Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site team

  • Follow approved lifting plans and HSE requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor

  • LEEA Certification

  • Experience in high-rise construction projects

  • Hands on experience with Tower Crane Operations

  • Good communication and coordination skills
