Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and administer LIMS (sample login, tracking, test assignment, results entry/approval workflow).

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards (TAT, QA/QC, productivity).

  • Manage templates, coding structures, master data, and user access controls.

  • Ensure chain-of-custody traceability and document control for lab records.

  • Support integration with instruments (where applicable) and data backups.

  • Train users on LIMS and reporting procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/BSc (IT, Laboratory, Chemistry, or related).

  • 3–6+ years LIMS/data management in industrial/mining labs.

  • Strong Excel/reporting skills; attention to detail.
