Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily kitchen operations
- Support chefs with cooking assigned dishes according to recipes
- Monitor quality, taste, and presentation of all food items
- Check temperature of appliances and food to ensure standards
- Prepare cold foods, chop produce, and maintain workstation setup
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and stoves
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling policies
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
- Collaborate with team members during busy service periods

- Basic cooking techniques

High school diploma or equivalent
