Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage direct relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and NVOCCs.
  • Generate new business and secure bookings across major trade lanes.
  • Promote the company s liner services and achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Leverage existing customer base to bring in immediate business.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in liner or NVOCC sales within the UAE market.
  • Proven customer network and ability to bring revenue from day one.
  • Strong knowledge of container shipping, trade routes, and pricing structures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
