Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Pax Romana Real Estate is a growing real estate company in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated Listing Executive to bring fresh property listings from owners and landlords.

Your responsibilities include:

• Calling landlords and property owners

• Collecting rental and sale property details

• Securing verified listings for the company

• Coordinating listing uploads on Bayut (support provided)

✅ Salary & Incentives

We offer a target-based earning structure:

Fixed Salary:

✅ AED 500 per month

Minimum Requirement:

✅ Must secure at least 2 verified listings per day
(Approx. 50–52 listings per month)

Bonuses:

• AED 50 bonus for every extra listing above the monthly target

• AED 300 bonus for each closed deal from your listing

⚠️ Salary is paid only if the minimum monthly target is achieved.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to speak confidently with landlords

• Basic understanding of Dubai real estate (training provided)

• Target-driven and active person

• Freshers, interns, and visit visa candidates are welcome
