Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive childcare, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and engaging children in age-appropriate activities to foster their development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment by performing housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up to ensure a comfortable living space.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for both children and adults, catering to dietary restrictions and preferences to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Manage household errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other necessary tasks to streamline daily operations.
  • Administer medications and provide basic first aid to children when needed, ensuring their health and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification to demonstrate a foundational level of education.
  • Possession of a valid First Aid and CPR certification to ensure the ability to respond to medical emergencies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proven experience in childcare and housekeeping.
  • Filipino nationality preferred, reflecting a cultural understanding and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
