Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Previous experience in banking, personal finance, financial brokerage, or loan collection within the UAE. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and a good understanding of banking terminology. Tactful, presentable, and able to deal with clients professionally. Must reside in the UAE and be able to start work immediately.
Desired Candidate Profile
Contacting clients and advising them on personal finance solutions and bank loans. Reviewing financing cases and suggesting the most suitable options for each client. Responding to phone inquiries and client messages via WhatsApp. Preparing daily follow-up reports and accurately documenting transactions.
