Roles & Responsibilities

Region: Morocco | Casablanca

As part of our continued expansion in North Africa, JEPCC (Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.) – Morocco Branch is seeking a Local Electrical Engineer/Design Engineer to support substation EPC bidding and project execution. This role is ideal for experienced local engineers who want to grow with a large international EPC platform and participate in major power infrastructure projects.


� Key Responsibilities

  • Support EPC bidding activities for substation and power projects

  • Prepare electrical technical proposals, BOQs, and tender documents

  • Review tender specifications and ensure compliance with ONEE regulations and IEC standards

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams during bidding and execution stages

  • Assist in technical clarifications, bid submissions, and negotiations

  • Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover when required

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering

3+ years experience in substation or power engineering projects

Familiar with primary & secondary electrical systems Languages: Arabic (native), French (fluent), basic English Strong coordination skills and ability to work under bidding deadlines

Only Local Moroccan Candidates is required for this position
