Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Documentation:

• Manage and coordinate all import/export shipments (Air, Sea, and Land freight) for medical devices.
• Prepare, verify, and process all shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, etc.).
• Directly communicate and negotiate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure the best rates and timely delivery.

Customs & Compliance:

• Oversee customs clearance procedures, ensuring strict compliance with Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) regulations and local customs laws.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for medical imports.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and control inventory levels in compliance with quality and medical storage standards (e.g., cold chain requirements).

Process Improvement:

• Track shipment movements, resolve logistical issues, and prepare reports for management.
