Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain Duties

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare shipping documentation (BOL, invoices, packing lists, customs forms).
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and databases.

Accounting & Financial Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and verify shipping costs.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Reconcile freight bills and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records related to logistics expenses.
• Monitor logistics budgets and report cost variances.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Prepare expense reports and cost analysis summaries.
