Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and check shipping and logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)

• Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documentation

• Identify and report shipping discrepancies

• Receive orders and update internal records

• Coordinate shipments with suppliers and internal teams

• Communicate with suppliers and collect detailed shipment information

• Request freight rates and assist in shipment cost calculations

• Track shipment status and follow up on pending actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, accounting, business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of work experience (entry-level role)

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
