Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs and delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular audits and collaborating with warehouse staff to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners to negotiate rates and resolve any shipment issues promptly.
- Utilize logistics software to track shipments and generate reports, providing insights into performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in logistics principles.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, showcasing practical knowledge.
- Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are highly desirable.
- Experience in transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve operational efficiency.
