Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review supplier and logistics settlement reports.
Reconcile supplier invoices with operational data and system records.
Manage freelancer and captain payment settlements.
Monitor captain wallet balances and process adjustments or deductions when required.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and financial issues.
Validate and process logistics-related invoices.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment cycles.
Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational finance controls.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2 4 years of experience in Finance Operations, Settlements, or Logistics Finance.
Experience with reconciliation, settlements, and invoice validation.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large operational datasets.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience working with logistics, delivery platforms, or marketplace operations is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
