Job Description:

• Lead and manage all Import & Export logistics operations including bulk cargo, full containers (FCL), and less-than-container load (LCL) shipments to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee import logistics of liquid raw materials (such as MEG and DEG), ensuring safe handling, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted supply to operations.
• Supervise end-to-end shipment tracking for import and export containers, proactively resolving delays, deviations, or operational bottlenecks.
• Manage and review all logistics-related documentation
  in coordination with GAFI, customs authorities, free zone regulations, and other governmental bodies to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.
• Handle and follow up on export incentive and rebate claims , ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and maximization of entitled benefits.
• Lead the selection, contracting, and finalization of logistics equipment and service providers required for transportation, handling, and storage activities.
• Drive continuous cost optimization initiatives
  across logistics operations, including freight negotiations, route optimization, and vendor performance management.
• Improve logistics resources, workflows, and operational processes through efficiency enhancement, digitalization, and best practice implementation.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
  for logistics activities, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Sales) to ensure seamless logistics support for business operations.
• Identify logistics risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
