Job Overview:

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, operations, and warehouse teams to optimize our supply chain processes, minimize costs, and improve overall efficiency. Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire supply chain operations, from sourcing and procurement to inventory management and delivery

Strategize and implement supply chain processes and practices to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop effective transportation strategies

Monitor and analyze transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective delivery of goods

Manage and develop vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services

Conduct regular audits and evaluations of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding transportation and logistics

Develop and maintain KPIs to track and measure supply chain performance

Provide guidance and support to our warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and smooth operations

Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field

5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting

Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing costs

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience with inventory management systems and software

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members

Familiarity with local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
