Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily delivery and wholesale logistics operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries to wholesale customers and branches.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and distribution activities.
• Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Supervise, schedule, and manage drivers and laborers.
• Ensure proper staff coverage based on delivery volume and operational needs.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the logistics team.
• Enforce discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, production, and finance teams.
• Communicate delivery schedules, delays, or issues to internal teams and customers.
• Handle customer complaints related to delivery and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor delivery performance KPIs (on-time delivery, costs, productivity).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and delivery reports.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to management.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
• Ensure proper handling of goods during loading, transport, and unloading.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or damages and report accordingly.
