Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Providing full assistance to all domestic and overseas agents/clients/Sales team.
Prepare the tariff and quotes for domestic and overseas agents/clients.
Ensure proper co-ordination with agents/clients.
Acquiring competitive freight (Import & export) from various shipping line/consolidators and airline & air freight agents.
Supervise shipment flow from the beginning to end including sending pre alerts to agents/clients.
Preparation of customs bill (Import & Export).
Job opening & Closing, Costing & Invoicing.
Co- ordination with sub – contracted vendors.
Submit the vendors invoices to accounts dept on time for payment to ensure smooth operation and job execution.
Choosing vendors for transport and freight based competitive service & tariff.
Coordination with transporters and onsite crew to ensure job done as per the job SOP.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, showcasing a strong educational foundation.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of the industry.
Experience in the logistics sector, preferably in a supervisory capacity, highlighting leadership skills and industry insight.
