Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support, troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through solutions, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
- Accurately document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ticketing system, contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware components, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance and network connectivity, identifying and escalating critical issues to senior team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Possesses a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise communication with users.
