Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in selling and leasing luxury properties across Dubai.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings with professionalism and discretion.
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide accurate insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Promote exclusive listings and luxury off-plan projects to both local and international clientele.
  • Deliver exceptional service that reflects the brand s reputation for excellence and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years experience in Dubai s luxury real estate market.

  • Proven success in selling or leasing premium properties.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong professional presence and an established network of high-end clients.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individual.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
