Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate lasting client relationships by offering personalized styling advice and exclusive event invitations.
- Master product knowledge to expertly guide clients through our curated collections, highlighting craftsmanship and heritage.
- Orchestrate exquisite in-store experiences, ensuring every client feels valued and indulged from arrival to departure.
- Drive sales by consistently exceeding targets through exceptional service and strategic upselling/cross-selling.
- Proactively identify client needs and preferences, anticipating desires before they are expressed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 + years of experience in luxury retail sales or a client-facing role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building a loyal clientele.
Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics and current fashion trends.
