Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor cable manufacturing machines, ensuring efficient and continuous production flow, and proactively addressing any operational deviations.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments, to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance of the equipment.
  • Conduct quality control checks on manufactured cables, such as visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing, to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Set up machines for different cable types and sizes, including adjusting settings, installing dies, and loading raw materials, according to production schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic technical understanding.

  • Possess a minimum of 3years of experience in cable manufacturing, showcasing hands-on experience with relevant machinery and processes.

  • Proven experience in operating extrusion, stranding, or braiding machines, highlighting specific machine operation expertise.

  • Certification in machine operation or a related technical field, indicating a formal understanding of the role.
