Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role
- Ensures a monitoring role regarding proper stock management and the application of brand and management directives.
- It centralizes needs and ensures proper supply
- Optimizes inventory turnover
- Ensures the conformity of the delivered goods and applies the storage rules
- Communicates all risks of stockout or overstocking
- Responsible for end-of-month inventories in collaboration with department heads, in accordance with administrative and accounting procedures.
- Performs hygiene checks on goods according to HACCP standards (use-by date, best-before date, etc.)
- Knows and respects the conditions of use of hazardous products (labeling, dosage, storage, compliance with instructions, mixing)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in a structured environment (hotel, industry, distribution) is appreciated.
Additional information
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Reliability and precision in the work.
- Good time management.
- Fluency in French (English is an asset).
