Proven experience in maintenance, technical services, or facility management sales within the UAE
Strong ability to generate maintenance contracts and secure service projects independently
Good understanding of maintenance operations including MEP, civil, plumbing, electrical, AC, and general repair works
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Strong networking and business development capabilities
Valid UAE driving license
Familiarity with UAE maintenance market and property sector is an advantage
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented personality

Maintenance Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and result-driven Maintenance Sales Executive who can actively generate maintenance contracts and service-related business for the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintenance or technical services sales within the UAE market and be capable of independently bringing new clients and long-term maintenance agreements.
This role is focused on generating recurring business for annual maintenance contracts (AMC), repair works, MEP maintenance, civil maintenance, and technical service solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for maintenance services, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), MEP services, civil maintenance, and repair works
Identify and approach potential clients including villas, apartments, offices, retail shops, warehouses, restaurants, commercial buildings, and property management companies
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand maintenance requirements
Coordinate with operations and estimation teams for quotations and service proposals
Follow up regularly with clients to secure maintenance contracts and service jobs
Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and contract renewals
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper service delivery after project confirmation
Maintain records of leads, quotations, contracts, and client communications
Monitor market trends and identify new maintenance business opportunities
Represent the company professionally during meetings and negotiations
