Maintenance Coordinator (Electrical) Diamond Meat Processing LLC

Troubleshoot and support technicians in machine breakdowns related to electrical and electronic systems.

Diagnose and rectify issues related to PLCs, electrical power systems, sensors, drives, HMIs, and control circuits.

Support maintenance activities related to electrical panels, DB panels, control wiring, and machine automation systems.

Assist in machine trials, commissioning, and modifications when required.

Work closely with technicians and engineers to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability.

Support preventive maintenance activities related to electrical components and control systems.

Identify electrical risks or recurring faults and propose technical improvements or corrective actions.

Manage and maintain maintenance SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.

Maintain maintenance tracking sheets, action trackers, and breakdown records.

Support preparation and monitoring of maintenance KPIs and performance reports.

Follow up on maintenance action plans and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.

Coordinate between maintenance, production, QA, and other departments for maintenance-related actions.

Maintain organized records of breakdown reports, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.

Support engineers in preparing technical reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation updates.
