Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all processing, utility, and packaging equipment.
Lead and supervise maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, and utilities) to ensure efficient daily operations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in evaporators, juice extractors, pasteurizers, sterilizers, and heat exchangers used in citrus processing.
Oversee installation, calibration, and servicing of machinery specific to juice concentration lines.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and safety standards.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance to implement long-term technical improvements.
Coordinate closely with the Production and Quality departments to optimize line efficiency.
Prepare regular maintenance and performance reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or Agricultural Engineering (Food Processing specialization).
10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a citrus concentrate or juice manufacturing facility.
Strong knowledge of process equipment, industrial utilities (boilers, chillers, air compressors), and automation systems.
Hands-on leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Good command of English for technical documentation and supplier correspondence
