Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Managing multi-technical maintenance: commercial refrigeration, electricity, air conditioning and technical equipment.
- To ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations.
- Manage and monitor maintenance contracts with service providers.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment.
- To supervise and support the technical teams.
- Participate in cost optimization and continuous improvement of facilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electrical engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in multi-technical maintenance
- Experience in team management
- Good ability to manage service providers and technical priorities
- Experience in the hospitality sector is a valued asset.
