Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed electrical maintenance plans, encompassing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan.
  • Create and manage work orders, ensuring accurate scope definition, resource allocation (personnel, tools, and materials), and realistic timelines for electrical maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct thorough electrical equipment assessments, including inspections and failure analysis, to identify potential issues and proactively schedule maintenance activities.
  • Source and procure necessary electrical parts and materials, negotiating with vendors to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery for maintenance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong theoretical foundation.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent, demonstrating professional competence.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance planning within a heavy industrial setting, showcasing practical knowledge.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation, ensuring technical expertise.
