Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring daily tasks and work orders are completed effectively, safely, and on time.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work for games, bowling lanes, and venue facilities.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of faulty components for gaming machines, bowling systems, AV equipment, and venue infrastructure.
- Ensure proper care, organization, and availability of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Review and approve maintenance logs, records, and reports of completed and outstanding work.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, servicing, or installation projects.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Provide input on maintenance costs, spare parts usage, and equipment lifecycle to support budget planning.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new games, systems, or venue equipment.
- Train, coach, and guide technicians to improve technical knowledge, safety practices, and performance.
- Collaborate with venue teams to ensure all technical systems run smoothly during events and peak operating periods.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and local regulations.
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and AV systems.
- Ability to plan, organize, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in maintenance reporting systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual maintenance tasks when required.
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
