Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician cum Watchman is responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and upkeep of the site. The role involves light physical duties, supervision, and daily operational support, along with staying on-site overnight for watchman responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Carry out maintenance and repair works (lighting, fittings, tools, etc.)
* Assist during vendor visits or technical servicing
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in outdoor/common areas
* Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor


Company Name: Numu Nursery
Location: Nad Al Sheba, Dubai & Al Khawaneej, Dubai
Days: 6 days per week
Stay Requirement: The individual must stay overnight in the designated watchman room as part of duty requirements.
