Maintenance Technician Electrical/Mechanical - Aseptic Packaging

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities in aseptic packaging.

• Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment
• Perform troubleshooting independently on equipment and determine failure reasons through proper root cause
• Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade projects
• ensuring good working relationships with the team members and cross-functional teams.
• Execute all work in accordance with the company s safety regulations and requirements. comply with all reporting requirements.

Required Qualification:

Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience: 5 years' Experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry

• Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Technician or similar role with minimum 5 years hands on experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of at least 3 platforms of below Tetra Pak filling equipment:
• TBA/8
• TBA/19
• TBA/22
• A3 Compact flex
• A3 Flex
• A3 Speed
• Technical knowledge of Tetra Pak distribution equipment including Straw Applicator, Cap Applicator, Multi packers and Cardboard packers.
• Knowledge and skills of automation platforms of GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley
• Proficient in English
