Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate NAPCO s Computerized Maintenance Management Software package and, if applicable, other enterprise software systems it interfaces with.
  • Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
  • Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency
