Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
lead the team of 3-5 members
- effectively segregate duties to team members
- assist team if required
- execute assigned job properly (finish on time to clients satisfaction)
ensure client is satisfied for every assigned job
pick up and drop teams
train newly hired cleaners
communicate with the client- explain the work if required
write work verification to be signed by the client
communicate with the office for any discrepancies on site
conduct site inspection/estimate
Desired Candidate Profile
- with manual driving license
- with at least 2 years experience as a team leader in the same industry
- has experience in leading cleaners to complete the assigned project
- can manage and train cleaners
- has thorough knowledge with AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, drainline cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.
- hardworking and flexible
