Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor budgets.
- Analyze costs and budget variances.
- Prepare the dashboards and reports.
- Monitor performance indicators.
- Participate in the optimization of costs and financial procedures.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in the distribution or sales sector)
- Advanced training in finance, accounting or management control
- Demonstrate qualities such as precision, strategic vision, communication, and the ability to propose optimization solutions.
- Proficiency in management control and financial analysis techniques
- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting processes
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and data interpretation skills
- Rigour, autonomy and a sense of organisation
- Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP and Business Intelligence tools)
- Good communication skills to collaborate with different operational departments
