Roles & Responsibilities
Management Controller
Job Description
- Control operating costs (accommodation, catering, purchases, etc.).
- Produce financial reports and dashboards (RevPAR, GOP, material cost, payroll, occupancy rate)
- Participate in monthly closings and results analysis.
- Control internal procedures and ensure compliance with financial and audit standards.
- Supporting department heads in managing their budgets.
- Conduct profitability studies (events, commercial offers, investments).
- To contribute to optimizing revenue and controlling expenses.
Qualifications
- Financial analysis and management accounting
- Mastery of budgetary control
- Good knowledge of hotel KPIs
- Proficiency in Excel and hotel management/ERP tools (e.g., Opera, Sun, SAP depending on the environment)
- Rigour, analytical mind and sense of organisation
- Consulting and operational support capabilities

Hierarchy: This position reports directly to the Sales Manager
Contract type: Fixed-term employment contract (CDD)
