Roles & Responsibilities

Management Controller


Job Description


  • Control operating costs (accommodation, catering, purchases, etc.).
  • Produce financial reports and dashboards (RevPAR, GOP, material cost, payroll, occupancy rate)
  • Participate in monthly closings and results analysis.
  • Control internal procedures and ensure compliance with financial and audit standards.
  • Supporting department heads in managing their budgets.
  • Conduct profitability studies (events, commercial offers, investments).
  • To contribute to optimizing revenue and controlling expenses.

Qualifications


  • Financial analysis and management accounting
  • Mastery of budgetary control
  • Good knowledge of hotel KPIs
  • Proficiency in Excel and hotel management/ERP tools (e.g., Opera, Sun, SAP depending on the environment)
  • Rigour, analytical mind and sense of organisation
  • Consulting and operational support capabilities

Hierarchy: This position reports directly to the Sales Manager
