Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze the discrepancies between actual results and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure cost control and optimize project profitability.
- Collaborating closely with different departments to collect and consolidate financial data.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal management and control tools.
- Prepare detailed reports for management to facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial standards.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master 2 level diploma, Engineering degree or equivalent in finance, accounting or management.
- Proven professional experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in computer tools and financial management software (advanced Excel, ERP, reporting software).
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
- Rigour, organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of Algerian and international accounting standards.
