Program Overview

The GBA Group Management Trainee Program is designed for exceptional individuals with the potential to shadow senior leadership and transition into C-suite or senior management roles within the decade. This is not a conventional graduate programme - it is a deliberate, high-investment pathway for those who demonstrate entrepreneurial instinct, demonstrated impact, and a genuine commitment to conscious, values-driven leadership.

Selected trainees will:

Gain hands-on exposure across business functions and operations within GBA Group.

Be mentored directly by senior leaders and decision-makers.

Lead and contribute to real-world strategic projects from day one.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Sciences, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

Experience & Profile

• 0-3 years of experience; fresh graduates and early-career professionals are strongly encouraged.
• Background in entrepreneurship, startups, research, social impact, or volunteering is a strong differentiator.
• Experience in the scientific, analytical, healthcare, or industrial sector is an advantage, not a requirement.
