Manager Business Development - Oncology Services Prime Healthcare Group LLC

➢ Ensure execution of the hospital’s Business Development Strategy and Marketing Plan in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring defined KPIs and measurable outcomes.

➢ Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

➢ Drive initiatives to increase patient footfall across Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IP) various services like oncology services

➢ Expand the hospital’s network by empanelling external doctors and strengthening referral channels.

➢ Enhance physician engagement and loyalty through structured service excellence and relationship management initiatives.

➢ Oversee and support local and regional marketing activities to promote hospital services and expand market reach beyond the immediate catchment area.

➢ Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; recommend strategic improvements.

➢ Ensure accurate tracking and management of client interactions, communications, campaigns, and stakeholder databases.

➢ Schedule and lead meetings with new and existing doctors to explore collaboration and business growth opportunities.

➢ Represent the hospital in professional forums, networking events, and community engagement initiatives.

➢ Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to develop business proposals, service packages, and pricing structures.

➢ Undertake assigned responsibilities as per the business development initiatives at the hospital.
