Manager Corporate Tax / VAT (m/w/d)

• Advising companies on all types of VAT, corporate tax and business management issues, including national, international and cross-border VAT law
• Support of demanding mandates with complex issues and projects
• Design of transfer pricing systems as well as tax and business restructuring in times of high business uncertainty
• Support of national and international tax audits, special VAT audits and requests for information
• Clarification of fundamental legal issues in court proceedings before national and international courts
• Support with VAT adjustments
• Appreciative and professional leadership of the team and ensuring continuous development and growth

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in law or business administration or comparable training with completed professional examination (tax advisor)
• Knowledge of national and international tax law and several years of professional experience in the field of corporate tax
• Basic knowledge of VAT and international transfer pricing
• Very good written and oral communication skills as well as fluent English and MS Office skills
• Analytical thinking skills and a strong understanding of economic interrelationships as well as enjoyment of project-related teamwork, communication skills, high level of initiative and commitment, and a strong client focus
