Roles & Responsibilities

The Manager Customer Insights will play a critical role in leveraging internal and external data to identify trends, monitor performance and support business decisions. They will be managing projects to internally and externally collect, analyze and translate customer data into actionable insights to drive business performance and deepen market and customer understanding. They will also Run regular and progressive correlation analyses to understand how different trends are impacting specific business elements / attributes across markets.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Manage customer understanding projects to address business priorities and needs.
  • Monitor performance through retail audit, tracking studies analysis, internal data and reporting.
  • Bridge customer insight with Commercial strategy (e.g., Fresh Food ethnicity-based assortment tailoring, Consumer Electronics, High Value Customer Initiative).
  • Align insights and KPIs across Commercial, Marketing, and Customer functions to build unified growth strategies.
  • Translate Customer behavior into store, category, and cluster-level actions.
  • Identify and share market and retail trends and how does it connect to our internal performance to influence business decisions.
  • Run regular and progressive correlation analyses to understand how different trends are impacting specific business elements / attributes across markets.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • MBA is preferred.
